Voor ons enthousiaste team zijn wij op zoek naar een Callcenter Medewerker die energie haalt uit klantcontact en geen uitdaging uit de weg gaat. Of je nu een ervaren professional bent of net begint aan je carrière, bij ons krijg je de kans om je verder te ontwikkelen binnen een groeiende organisatie waar service en kwaliteit centraal staan. Jij wordt het eerste aanspreekpunt voor burgers, klanten, intercommunales en gemeenten en werkt nauw samen met interne teams.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Je beantwoordt inkomende telefoongesprekken en voert uitgaande oproepen uit.
  • Je informeert en adviseert klanten over producten, diensten of bestellingen.
  • Je registreert en verwerkt klantvragen, klachten en bestellingen in het systeem.
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte administratieve afhandeling van elk klantcontact.
  • Je signaleert veelvoorkomende klantvragen en koppelt deze terug aan de teamleider.
  • Je denkt actief mee over het verbeteren van klantprocessen en de servicekwaliteit.
  • Je werkt met klantensystemen.
  • Je hebt een diploma secundair onderwijs of gelijkwaardig
  • Ervaring met data-invoer, administratie of klantenservice is een pluspunt
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en streeft naar hoge kwaliteit.
  • Je bent flexibel en stressbestendig.
  • Je hebt ervaring met Microsoft Word en Excel.
  • Je bent tweetaling NL/FR
  • Je bent snel beschikbaar
