About the role

Il Service Engineer è responsabile della manutenzione e riparazione, installazione e configurazione di prodotti e sistemi tecnici presso l'officina di Calderara di Reno e presso le sedi operative dei clienti.

PRINCIPALI RESPONSABILITA'

Attività in Officina

  • Riparazione di apparecchiature elettromeccaniche, in particolare pompe sommergibili, aeratori, miscelatori e prodotti similari;
  • Smontaggio, ispezione e sostituzione dei componenti usurati o danneggiati durante le attività di rimontaggio;
  • Collaudo e verifica del corretto funzionamento delle apparecchiature riparate prima della riconsegna.

Attività presso i Clienti

  • Ispezione, verifica e controllo delle apparecchiature installate e degli impianti idraulici;
  • Esecuzione di interventi di manutenzione e ricerca guasti direttamente presso il cliente;
  • Smontaggio ed estrazione delle apparecchiature che richiedono interventi di riparazione in officina;
  • Reinstallazione delle apparecchiature riparate e messa in servizio;
  • Verifica funzionale degli impianti mediante adeguata strumentazione di misura e diagnostica;
  • Analisi delle problematiche tecniche e individuazione delle relative soluzioni, in particolare per prodotti HST e prodotti elettronici.

REQUISITI DELLA POSIZIONE

Esperienza Professionale

  • Esperienza di 2-5 anni nel settore elettromeccanico in ruoli analoghi;

Competenze Tecniche

  • Buona conoscenza delle principali lavorazioni meccaniche, quali tornitura e saldatura;
  • Buona conoscenza delle tecniche di assemblaggio e montaggio meccanico;
  • Capacità di diagnosi e ricerca guasti su apparecchiature e sistemi elettromeccanici.

Formazione

  • Formazione tecnica a indirizzo elettromeccanico.
  • Diploma di scuola superiore tecnica o titolo equivalente.

Certificazioni

  • Certificazioni in materia di Sicurezza ed ESH (Environment, Safety & Health), tra cui:Corso per lavori in spazi confinati. Corso per lavori in quota. Corso sulla gestione del rischio biologico.

Competenze Trasversali

  • Flessibilità e capacità di adattamento;
  • Buone capacità relazionali e comunicative;
  • Proattività e orientamento alla risoluzione dei problemi;
  • Capacità di collaborare e lavorare in team;
  • Disponibilità a frequenti trasferte, sia in giornata che con pernottamento (circa il 30-40% del tempo di lavoro).

Lingue

  • Conoscenza fluente, sia scritta che parlata, della lingua italiana (almeno livello C1);
  • Costituirà un plus la buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, sia scritta che parlata.

What we offer you

  • Retribuzione minima prevista per la posizione: € 38.918 annui lordi. La retribuzione indicata rappresenta il livello minimo previsto dalla nostra struttura retributiva interna per questa posizione. La retribuzione finale sarà determinata attraverso un processo trasparente e neutrale rispetto al genere, in linea con i principi di equità interna, tenendo conto delle qualifiche del candidato, dell'esperienza professionale e dell'adeguatezza complessiva al ruolo. L'offerta economica potrà pertanto essere superiore all'importo indicato ove giustificato dal profilo del candidato;
  • Orario di lavoro di 38 ore settimanali;
  • Buono pasto del valore di € 10,00 per ogni giornata lavorativa svolta in presenza presso l'ufficio;
  • Indennità di trasferta;
  • Trattamento di maggior favore nel pagamento degli straordinari, rispetto a quanto previsto dal CCNL applicato.
