  • Jornada laboral: Turno mixto (8:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. de lunes a viernes)

PERFIL DE PUESTO

  • Experiencia en el área y puesto de 3 a 4 años
  • Nivel de estudios: Licenciatura / Ingeniería: Contaduría pública, Ing. financiera, Ing. Industrial, Ing. Logística

CONOCIMIENTOS EN:

  • Matriz de requisitos específicos del cliente (CSR)
  • SAP
  • IATF
  • Modelos de reposición: Saber calcular con precisión los niveles máximos, mínimos, puntos de reorden y el stock de seguridad para evitar quiebres o sobrestock.
  • Clasificación ABC (Principio de Pareto)
  • Técnicas de valuación de inventarios: Entender los métodos contables para registrar el valor de la mercancía, principalmente PEPS ( FIFO) y Promedio Ponderado.
  • Planificar y ejecutar inventarios cíclicos (conteos ciclicos)
  • Análisis de mermas y obsolescencia
  • Excel avanzado y análisis de datos
  • Orientación a la seguridad laboral, mejora continua y atención al cliente

FUNCIONES Y RESPONSABILIDADES:

  • Gestionar órdenes de compra y seguimiento de inventarios, en colaboración con el área de compras, asegurando disponibilidad de piezas críticas.
  • Operar y dar seguimiento en sistemas de gestión de refacciones (SAP),
  • Optimizar los niveles de stock
  • Gestionar costos, asegurar la precisión de los registros
  • Supervisión de inventarios cíclicos y generales, el análisis de discrepancias, la gestión de almacenes, y el uso de SAP
  • Implementar y mantener procedimientos de control de inventario para reducir errores y pérdidas.
  • Coordinar y ejecutar inventarios físicos, siguiendo los procedimientos establecidos.
  • Identificar tendencias en la rotación de stock para asegurar niveles óptimos.
