Objetivo:

Asegurar el abastecimiento oportuno de materiales y servicios, gestionando proveedores, costos y órdenes de compra para garantizar la continuidad de las operaciones.

Actividades:

  • Supervisar la adquisición de materias primas y servicios requeridos por todos los departamentos.
  • Garantizar las actividades de abastecimiento y compras oportunas para apoyar las operaciones comerciales sin interrupciones.
  • Identificar, evaluar, calificar y desarrollar proveedores para cumplir con los requerimientos del negocio.
  • Realizar evaluaciones de desempeño de proveedores e implementar acciones correctivas cuando sea necesario.
  • Asegurar que los proveedores cumplan con los requisitos de calidad, ambientales, legales y del cliente aplicables.
  • Liderar las negociaciones comerciales con los proveedores para lograr el mejor costo total, calidad, entrega y condiciones de servicio.
  • Analizar cotizaciones y apoyar las decisiones de abastecimiento mediante procesos de licitación competitiva.
  • Promover el trabajo en equipo, la responsabilidad y la mejora continua dentro del equipo de Compras.
  • Liderar auditorías internas, externas, de clientes y de IATF 16949.
  • Mantener los registros de compras y la documentación requerida para fines de auditoría.
  • Revisar, negociar y administrar los acuerdos y contratos de servicios.
  • Dar seguimiento y reportar los indicadores de desempeño de Compras.
  • Desarrollar e implementar iniciativas de reducción y ahorro de costos.
  • Administrar, capacitar y desarrollar a dos compradores indirectos.
  • Asignar responsabilidades y supervisar la distribución de la carga de trabajo

Conocimientos y habilidades:

  • Licenciatura en administración, Ingeniería industrial o carrera afín.
  • Indispensable Inglés avanzado (lectura, escritura y conversación).
  • Experiencia de al menos 3 años en posiciones similares, preferentemente en la industria automotriz
  • Conocimiento en Normas ISO e IATF
  • Manejo de ERP´s
  • Excel Avanzado
  • Alto sentido de urgencia y responsabilidad.
  • Atención al detalle.
  • Capacidad de análisis y organización.
  • Trabajo en equipo y colaboración
  • Resolución de problemas
