l Operation support in Singapore

Ø Assist on management support for branch and other entities.

Ø Assist on Singapore‑based entities operations

l Management of group entity operations

Ø Assist on formulation of business plans

Ø Support on administration and coordination of Growth Facility

Ø Assist on mid-term management of investment and loan projects (including detailed business plan review, support for institutional decision-making, and analysis of financial and tax impacts)

l HQ Coordination & External Engagement

Ø Support liaison between Singapore entities and HQ department.

Ø Support on‑site coordination for HQ visitors.

Ø Support on regulatory engagement with Japanese and local authorities, including statutory disclosure responsibilities in Japan.

l Governance, Meetings &Planning

Ø Support on key meetings scheduling with HQ department.

Ø Support on internal committees and meetings.

Ø Support creating and develop business and operational plans in SG.

Ø Support on cross‑entity coordination, information flow, and issue escalation.

l Review of M&A projects

Ø Support due diligence in collaboration with external advisors (accountants, lawyers, etc.) (including Finance, Tax, Legal, Structuring, and Valuation)

Ø Support formulation of post-acquisition business plans

Ø Regulatory filings

Ø Assist contract drafting and documentation

Ø Support coordination with stakeholders for internal approvals

Ø Support deal execution (including CP fulfillment confirmation and funding arrangement)

Ø Support Post-acquisition PMI support

l Other Responsibilities

Ø Assist formulation of business plans for integration of SMFL Singapore

Ø Assist Analysis and reporting of ALM information related to SG branch, MPS, and Aravest to headquarters

Ø Assist Coordination of office relocations and fit-out works

Ø SharePoint site administration and content management

Ø Support compliance initiatives

Ø Ad-hoc assignments from headquarters
