Stellenbeschreibung:

Als Sales Manager/-in im Außendienst (Vertriebsgebiet Baden-Württemberg) agieren Sie aus dem Homeoffice heraus, als direkter Draht zu unseren Kunden. Sie tragen höchste Verantwortung sowohl für das Bestandgeschäft als auch für den erfolgreichen Abschluss von Neugeschäft. Ihr Produktwissen und Verständnis für die technischen Kundenanforderungen ist dabei der treibende Erfolgsfaktor. Im Vertriebsgebiet Baden-Württemberg erwartet Sie ein bereits hervorragend erschlossenes Marktumfeld mit einer breit aufgestellten und etablierten Kundenstruktur. Dennoch bieten sich zahlreiche Potenziale, um bestehende Kundenbeziehungen weiter auszubauen und zusätzliche Kunden für unser Unternehmen zu gewinnen. Ein starker Innendienst mit welchem Sie im ständigen Austausch stehen, unterstütz Sie in Ihren Tätigkeiten. In regelmäßigen europaweiten Salesmeetings sowie über unser weitreichendes CRM-Tool, tauschen Sie sich über Erfolge, Kundenerfahrung und Applikationen aus.

Ihre Aufgabenschwerpunkte:

  • Definition der zu bearbeitenden Kunden und Zielkunden
  • Akquirieren von Neukunden und Pflege und Ausbau von bestehenden Kunden
  • Persönlicher Kundenkontakt über alle Führungsebenen
  • Informationsbeschaffung und Dokumentation für Umsatz- und Auftragsprognosen, Wettbewerbstrends, Kundentrends und Marktpreise
  • Teilnahme an relevanten Messen und Ausstellungen
  • Pflege des CRM Tools

Ihr Profil:

  • Studium zum/r Dipl.-Ingenieur/-in / Bachelor /Master der Fachrichtung Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mind. 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Antriebstechnik/Getriebetechnik und Automation
  • Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung, Kommunikationsstärke und ein sicheres Auftreten beim Kunden
  • Aufgrund der internationalen Ausrichtung sind sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Voraussetzung
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit CRM Tools, bevorzugt Salesforce
