Your Mission:

  • Be the welcoming voice and smiling face that makes every guest feel at home
  • Handle reservations, check-ins, and check-outs with efficiency and charm
  • Solve guest inquiries like a hospitality pro—no challenge is too big for you!
  • Process payments and ensure smooth transactions
  • Keep things running smoothly at the front desk (organization is key!)

What We’re Looking For:

  • A friendly, outgoing personality that shines
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
  • Previous hospitality and FOSSE experience
