Job Summary

You will take orders and serve food and beverages to guests, respond to customer inquiries courteously, maintain safety and hygiene standards, and ensure customer satisfaction with food and service in a fast-paced F&B environment.

Responsibilities

  • Take accurate orders and serve food and beverages promptly to guests to ensure a smooth dining experience
  • Respond to customer inquiries courteously and efficiently to provide excellent service
  • Maintain safety, cleanliness, and hygiene standards consistently throughout the work area
  • Monitor and ensure high customer satisfaction levels regarding food quality and service
  • Collaborate with team members to support smooth operations during busy periods

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Demonstrate a pleasant personality with a positive attitude and enjoy interacting with customers
  • Show proactive customer service orientation and willingness to serve as a team player
  • Adapt and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Possess 1 to 2 years of relevant experience preferred; no experience required as training will be provided

Other Information

Benefits:

  • One staff meal provided

Working Hours:

  • Shift: 11am to 4pm and 5.30pm to 10pm with a break from 4pm to 5.30pm
  • Option 1: 5 days a week, gross monthly salary $2800
  • Option 2: 6 days a week, gross monthly salary $3200

Work Locations:

  • Katong, Bugis, Thomson Plaza, Holland Village
