El equipo y el desafío

El equipo de ventas es hoy en día el equipo más grande de nuestra compañía en Chile. Nuestro equipo tiene una misión clara: expandir nuestra base de clientes conquistando comercios de tamaño mediano con una propuesta de valor financiera que realmente marca la diferencia en su día a día. Si eres de las personas que disfrutan estar en la calle, construyendo relaciones reales con clientes y liderando equipos que mueven el negocio, este rol es para ti.

¿Qué buscamos en nuestro/a Líder de Equipo de Ventas?

Buscamos a alguien que no solo gestione un equipo, sino que lo inspire, lo acompañe en terreno a aproximadamente 10 ejecutivos y los lleve a superar sus metas. Que tenga las siguientes caracteristicas:

  • Sea Apasionado/a por las ventas, con energía positiva y habilidad natural para conectar con clientes.
  • Que posea mínimo 3 años liderando equipos de venta hunting en terreno, idealmente en industrias financieras o afines.
  • ADN 100% Calle: Experiencia comprobable en metodologías de puerta a puerta, barrido de zonas, mapeo de rutas y prospección fría.
  • Que se sienta cómodo/da en el manejo de herramientas como CRM y Excel para tomar decisiones basadas en datos.
  • Experiencia gestionando equipos bajo KPIs transaccionales y de alto volumen (tasa de conversión de visitas, afiliaciones diarias/semanales, volumen de TPV de nuevos logos).
  • Que tenga Experiencia en ventas B2B y sector financiero (deseable).
  • Que tenga una genuina motivación por impactar en el crecimiento de los pequeños empresarios.
