We’re looking for an Account Manager who knows how to build trusted client relationships, understand what makes a business tick and uncover opportunities to grow together.

One day, you might be digging into performance data and shaping an account plan. The next, you could be helping a dealer navigate a sales or product challenge, delivering training or bringing together the right people across Suncorp to get an issue sorted.

You’ll manage relationships with existing and new motor dealer clients, bringing commercial thinking, curiosity and genuine relationship-building. Your ability to listen, understand your clients’ businesses and turn insights into practical action will help deliver better outcomes for our partners, customers and business.

  • Bring strong account management or business development experience
  • Have experience in finance, insurance, automotive, introduced business or another relationship-led commercial environment
  • Love building trusted relationships and uncovering growth opportunities
  • Can turn sales and market insights into practical business plans
  • Are a confident communicator, presenter and negotiator
  • Balance commercial thinking with sound risk, compliance and customer judgement
