Job Description

  • Shape and deliver a consistent go to market experience across our broker partners
  • Turn broker insights and segmentation into sustainable growth
  • Build sales capability and influence Commercial Insurance strategy

About the Role

You will lead market execution and support the distribution strategy across Commercial and Personal Injury Insurance.

You will strengthen broker segmentation, sales disciplines, performance monitoring and Voice of Customer programs.

Working across national and state distribution teams, you will create a consistent broker value proposition supported by customer relationship management tools and portfolio insights. You will partner with underwriting, portfolio, claims and marketing teams to improve broker and customer outcomes.

This is a 12-month contract opportunity.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the execution of intermediated distribution priorities across national and state teams.
  • Refine broker segmentation and engagement programs to support retention and sustainable portfolio growth.
  • Translate Voice of Customer findings into prioritised improvements for brokers and customers.
  • Optimise Connect360 and portfolio insights to support effective broker engagement and market management.
  • Coordinate broker communications, tenders and programs that strengthen the broker value proposition.
  • Develop team capability, sales disciplines and performance measures while maintaining risk and regulatory controls.

What You'll Bring

  • Extensive experience delivering commercial performance outcomes.
  • Apply proven experience across commercial insurance, intermediated markets and the Australian broker landscape.
  • Hold a degree in Business, Commerce or a related field.
