  • Partner with Procurement and Project Management to ensure commitments are accurately reflected in project forecasts.
  • Monitor subcontractor and vendor costs and identify unusual or unexpected variances.
  • Assist with project accruals for work performed but not yet invoiced.
  • Support analysis of labor, material, equipment, subcontractor, and other direct project costs.

Billing & Cash Flow

  • Support project billing processes, including progress billings, milestone billing, retainage, and change orders.
  • Reconcile project billings to contracts and accounting records.
  • Assist with accounts receivable and collections related to assigned projects.
  • Support project cash-flow forecasting and analysis.
  • Investigate billing discrepancies and coordinate resolution with Project Managers and customers when necessary.

Financial Analysis & Business Partnership

  • Provide financial insight and analysis to Project Managers and senior leadership.
  • Develop recurring and ad hoc project financial reports.
  • Analyze project trends, cost overruns, margin erosion, and potential risks.
  • Help Project Managers understand financial performance and the impact of operational decisions.
  • Support management with project profitability analysis and forecasting.
  • Assist with internal and external audits related to project accounting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
