Your mission

Servus und hallo bei uns hier in Sungrow! We're excited to welcome an intern to our EU Solution team, where the right Sungrow products, technical know-how and partnerships reach every European distribution market. Curious what this is all about? Let's dive right in:

  • You set up and maintain the shared documentation folder for distributors, with complete country folders for datasheets, manuals, certificates and configuration guides.
  • You collect and organize material from each training, so the internal team and new colleagues can find it easily.
  • You create quizzes and knowledge tests for our local sales teams.
  • You prepare product documentation for the service knowledge base and the AI chatbot.
  • You support the partner ecosystem team with partnership documentation and the organization of contracts with third-party partners.
  • You support our product managers with competitor and market data and track product readiness per country.

Your profile

All right, all right, that was intriguing, wasn't it? Now, to thrive in this role and feel at home with us for a long time, your ideal background looks a lot like this:

  • You have a background in Electrical Engineering, Energy or Renewable Energy Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a comparable field.
  • You are passionate about PV, battery storage and the energy transition, and bring technical knowledge from your studies or projects.
  • You work carefully and in a structured way, and you enjoy organizing information so that others can find and use it.
  • You are confident with Microsoft Office, in particular Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
  • You are curious about AI tools and knowledge bases, which is a plus.
  • You speak English at C1 level; Chinese is a plus.
  • You are available full-time for 6 months and can work from our Munich office.
