We’re looking for a Key Account Manager - Greece to drive and develop our **Residential and Commercial & Industrial (C&I) distribution business across the Greek market. You’ll take ownership of key distributor relationships and turn strong partnerships, market insight, and commercial opportunities into sustainable growth across our residential and C&I business.

  • Own and develop relationships with key distribution partners in Greece, serving as their main commercial point of contact and building sustainable long-term partnerships across both the residential and C&I segments.
  • Drive revenue growth across our residential and C&I PV inverter and energy storage portfolio by expanding cooperation with existing distributors and developing new channel opportunities.
  • Create joint business plans with distributors covering sales targets, pipeline development, forecasting, stock planning, and go-to-market activities across the residential and C&I business.
  • Support distributors in growing their downstream business with installers, EPCs, resellers, and other relevant partners while maintaining a clear distribution-led commercial approach.
  • Track the Greek residential and C&I solar market, competitor activity, pricing developments, and partner feedback to identify opportunities and strengthen our market position.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts, opportunities, and account activities in CRM while coordinating with sales, technical, marketing, service, and supply-chain colleagues to support distributor success.

Your profile

All right, that was intriguing, wasn’t it? This role brings together channel development, commercial ownership, and the fast-moving world of residential and C&I renewable energy. To thrive here for the long run, your background could look something like this:

  • Several years of experience in B2B sales, key account management, or distribution/channel sales, ideally within solar PV, energy storage, electrical equipment, power electronics, or a related technical field.
  • Strong understanding of residential and C&I distribution business models, including how to grow sales through distributors rather than relying primarily on direct customer business.
  • Good commercial capabilities across account planning, forecasting, pipeline management, pricing, negotiation, and partner development.
  • Understanding of the residential and C&I solar ecosystem and the relationships between distributors, installers, EPCs, resellers, and other market participants is highly valuable.
  • A proactive commercial mindset with strong communication, relationship-building, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Greek C1 and English B2 or higher, with willingness to travel regularly within Greece to develop distribution partners and support the market.
