Your mission
Ciao a tutti! Welcome to the Service team in Italy. As our Service Operations Intern, you'll support the coordination and day-to-day operations behind real ESS and PV projects, working side by side with our Service Coordinator and learning how a service organization actually runs.
Here's what you'll be doing:
- Support the weekly planning of service activities, helping schedule interventions and align field resources with project needs.
- Assist in coordinating service partners across Italy: work orders, scheduling, follow-up, and day-to-day communication.
- Support the sourcing of spare parts and replacement components, requesting quotes, tracking orders and deliveries, and ensuring availability for planned and corrective interventions.
- Help manage support tickets and follow up on onsite service reports, ensuring cases and reports are complete, properly documented, and linked to the corresponding projects.
- Support the administrative cycle with service partners, from purchase requests to invoice verification and payment follow-up.
- Maintain and improve operational documentation: procedures, trackers, reports, and work instructions used by the team.
- Support site readiness through HSE and site documentation preparation in line with internal requirements.
