Hello and a warm welcome from all of us here at Sungrow!

As our Solar and Energy Storage business continues to grow across Greece, we are looking for a technically minded professional who enjoys working closely with customers, distributors, installers, and EPC partners. In this role, you will combine technical expertise, customer engagement, and market knowledge to support the successful deployment of Sungrow's Residential PV, C&I PV, and C&I ESS solutions throughout the Greek market.

  • Act as the primary technical contact for customers, distributors, installers, and EPC partners throughout the sales cycle.
  • Deliver technical consultations, system design support, and pre-sales guidance for Residential PV, C&I PV, and C&I ESS projects.
  • Prepare technical proposals, presentations, quotations, system layouts, and tender documentation tailored to customer requirements.
  • Organize and conduct technical trainings, workshops, and certification programs for distributors, installers, and prospective partners.
  • Monitor market trends, regulatory developments, and competitor activities to support Sungrow's market growth strategy in Greece.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Management, Service, and Engineering teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.

Your profile

All right, all right, that was intriguing, wasn't it? Now, in order to thrive in this role and enjoy a successful journey with us, your background may look a lot like this:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Energy Systems, Power Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • At least 2 years of experience in technical sales, pre-sales, application engineering, project development, or technical support within the renewable energy industry.
  • Solid understanding of photovoltaic systems, battery energy storage systems, electrical infrastructure, and commercial & industrial energy applications.
  • Familiarity with the Greek renewable energy market, including grid connection processes, technical standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to review electrical single-line diagrams, technical specifications, and system designs for PV and ESS applications.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Greek language at C1 level and English at B2 level or higher.
  • Willingness to travel regularly across Greece for customer visits, technical training sessions, exhibitions, and industry events.
  • Valid driving license.
