We're looking for fun-loving and passionate BCBAs to join our Sunshine Center Team !

Location: Lawton, Ok

We currently have both Part Time and Full-Time positions available.

Competitive Pay | Unlimited Productivity Bonuses | Center-Based Position | 105 Monthly Billable Hours | Monday–Friday Schedule

  • Competitive Compensation: $90,000–$100,000 annual salary or $85–$90 per hour, based on experience

  • Primarily Center-Based with Minimal Travel: Enjoy working primarily from our Sunshine Center in Lawton, with only occasional in-home or community visits. Spend more time focused on clinical care and collaboration rather than traveling between appointments.
  • Manageable Billable Expectations: Just 105 billable hours per month for full-time positions, with productivity requirements adjusted for approved time off
  • Predictable Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

What You’ll Do

As our BCBA, you'll be at the heart of transforming lives:

  • Conduct assessments, create individualized treatment plans, provide parent training, and supervise RBTs. We use CentralReach!
  • Collaborate with your clinical team to ensure best practices and high-quality outcomes
  • Maintain documentation and compliance with QA support
  • Participate in ongoing professional development
  • Collaborate, innovate, and lead in creating a caring community.

Your Qualifications

  • BCBA Certification
  • Strong clinical and decision-making skills
  • Stellar organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
