Are you passionate about helping seniors feel valued, supported, and connected? At Sunol Creek Memory Care, an Agemark Senior Living community, we’re looking for a compassionate and dependable Caregiver who enjoys building meaningful relationships and creating positive experiences for our residents. What You’ll Do

  • Support Daily Living: Assist residents with dressing, bathing, meals, and other personal needs.
  • Promote Independence: Encourage residents to remain active and involved in their daily routines.
  • Provide Personalized Care: Offer patient, compassionate support that honors each resident's unique needs, preferences, and abilities.
  • Monitor Well-Being: Watch for changes in residents’ conditions and report concerns promptly.
  • Build Connections: Develop meaningful relationships with residents, families, and team members.
  • Create Joy: Engage residents in activities, conversations, and moments that make each day special.
  • Protect Dignity: Provide dependable support with patience, respect, and compassion.

What You’ll Bring

  • Team Spirit: Be willing to collaborate with and support your coworkers.

  • Experience: Previous caregiving or memory care experience is helpful but not required. We provide training!
