Zoek jij een baan waarin je de vakantiebeleving van onze gasten echt kunt verrijken, samen met een betrokken en hecht team? In jouw rol als medewerker Guestservice ben je een onmisbare schakel in die ervaring.

Jouw Taken en Verantwoordelijkheden

  • Preventieve surveillancerondes over het gehele park, met focus op veiligheid en brandpreventie.
  • Optreden bij calamiteiten en handhaven van de openbare orde, zoals het aanspreken bij geluidsoverlast.
  • Controleren van parkomheiningen en nooduitgangen om een veilige omgeving te garanderen.
  • Signaleren en rapporteren van afwijkingen op het gebied van veiligheid en openbare orde.
  • Registreren en afhandelen van klachten, schadegevallen en ongevallen volgens vastgestelde procedures.
  • Gedurende de nacht fungeren als centraal aanspreekpunt voor gasten.
  • Verlenen van EHBO en reanimatie indien noodzakelijk.
  • Ondersteuning van de nachtreceptie en loge door vragen van gasten te beantwoorden en hen verder te helpen.

Dit is een rol met variërende werkroosters:

  • Vroege shift: 7:00 - 16:00
  • Namiddagshift: 16:00 - 1:00 (nacht)
  • Nachtshift: 22:00 - 7:00 (ochtend)
  • Tussendienst: 19:00 - 4:00 (nacht)

Flexibiliteit is voor deze functie belangrijk, zodat we gezamenlijk onze gasten optimaal van dienst kunnen zijn, op elk moment van de dag (of nacht)!

Wie zoeken wij?

Je bent verantwoordelijk, alert en gastvrij, met oog voor detail en veiligheid. Voor deze functie moet je over volgende attesten beschikken:

  • Bekwaamheidsattest Bewaking
  • PTO-attest
  • Geldig certificaat voor EHBO en reanimatie
  • Verklaring van goed gedrag en zeden
  • Rijbewijs B

Jouw vaardigheden en eigenschappen

  • Stressbestendig en flexibel – je bent klaar voor een flexibel uurrooster met nacht- en weekenddiensten.
  • Communicatief vaardig – je communiceert duidelijk, zowel met collega’s als met gasten.
  • Taalvaardig – je hebt een goede kennis van het Engels en beheerst het Frans op basisniveau.
  • Kalmte en betrouwbaarheid – je straalt rust uit en blijft professioneel, ook in uitdagende situaties.
