Position Summary

The Client Relationship Manager (CRM) is a strategic account leader responsible for building trusted client partnerships, driving retention, and growing revenue through proactive service communication and enhancement sales. This role serves as the primary client contact and is accountable for ensuring all client activity, proposals, service requests, and communication are accurately tracked in Aspire to maintain transparency and alignment between sales, service, and production teams.

The Client Relationship Manager partners closely with Operations Managers and branch leadership to deliver exceptional service, maintain strong client relationships, and support long-term account growth. A successful Client Relationship Manager brings strong relationship-building skills, financial awareness, operational partnership, and the ability to identify opportunities that create value for clients and the business. This team member manages a portfolio generally ranging from $1.5M to $2M in annual revenue.

This is an in-office role and requires someone to drive to a local office each day before spending time in the field at customer sites. It is not remote nor hybrid, so it does require someone that is based in one of our two locations (Venice, FL and Bradenton, FL). You will spend at least 80% of your time face to face with clients and/or onsite at commercial landscape properties.

  • Partner with Business Development Managers to support successful client account transitions and ensure client expectations align with operational delivery
  • Create Executive Summaries outlining issues, opportunities, and recommended solutions, presenting findings to clients and leadership as applicable
  • Lead interactions internally and externally to deliver expected service outcomes while achieving a high level of client delight

Growth & Revenue Expansion

  • Identify enhancement and upsell opportunities during site visits and routine client interactions
  • Partner with operations teams to develop accurate enhancement proposals, pricing, and scope recommendations

  • Participate in production meetings to review upcoming work, client feedback, and enhancement schedules
  • Support issue resolution by coordinating with operations teams to address client concerns and service challenges

Qualifications & Core Competencies

  • Five or more years of client service, account management, property management, or related B2B service industry experience required
  • Experience using Aspire or similar CRM or service management platforms preferred

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
