Your Day in the Shop
- Complete repair-order work efficiently and in accordance with dealership and Ford standards
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning
- Complete video multipoint inspections that help technicians clearly show and explain vehicle maintenance and repair needs to guests, and provide accurate time estimates for recommended work
You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Bring
- Extensive experience as a mid- to high-level Service Technician
- Strong mechanical aptitude and broad knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance
- Ability to read and understand written instructions and technical information
- Ability to learn new technology, repair methods, service procedures, and specifications
- A commitment to top-notch customer service
- Basic computer skills
- A collaborative, team-first mindset
- A clean, valid driver’s license
- Care in keeping customer vehicles clean
