Sunwise Auto Group is looking for a Sales Porter to join our growing and expanding team at Weatherford BMW! Being part of Sunwise Auto Group is more than just new and used sales, parts, and service. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the sales team
  • Organize vehicles in showroom and storage lots
  • Maintain vehicle lot, keep neat and organized by moving units as directed and in accordance with dealership display standards
  • Oversee delivery of vehicle shipments and inspect new vehicles for damage upon arrival.
  • Ensure all vehicles contain the correct paperwork, user manual, and accessories.
  • Maintain decals on new and used cars, buyer’s guides/not for sale tags as well as current sale and markdown tags.
  • Prepare vehicles for delivery upon sale – including but not limited to refueling, assisting with sticker removal, removal of protective coverings and ID tags, etc.
  • Create key tags for vehicles
  • Pick-up and deliver vehicles from storage
  • Assist with dealer trades, deliver vehicles to customers and shuttling as needed
  • Manage battery charging process and battery charging log to properly ensure batteries are charged at all times
  • Facilitate with replenishing vehicle fluids and perform other minor vehicle maintenance, as needed.
  • Assist with showroom clean-up and deliveries as needed
  • Perform other duties given by Supervisor as directed

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Positive attitude, can-do mentality, confident, outgoing personality eagerness to improve
  • Professional attitude and the ability to deliver best-in-class customer service
  • Ablity to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
  • Ability to operate a manual transmission
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • Experience with X-Time and CDK a plus

COMPENSATION:

  • The Sales Porter Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $20.00 and $22.00. – Hourly rate depends on experience.
