About Superblocks

Superblocks is building the frontier platform that enables a billion non engineers to create software with AI. We are reinventing how enterprises build internal systems and redefining the future of SaaS. Our platform is powered by Clark, an AI agent backed by organizational memory that can explore company data and generate enterprise software within strict security, compliance, and execution boundaries.

About the Role

The Pre-Sales Engineer will own the technical side of the enterprise sales cycle; sitting across the table from sophisticated IT and C-suite buyers, leading technical discovery, building custom demos, and running evaluations that win the technical decision. You'll partner closely with AEs and GTM leadership, and act as the technical bridge between prospects and our engineering team, translating complex customer requirements into how Superblocks solves their challenges. Ideal for someone with strong technical depth, sharp communication, and a drive to win customers through proof, not just pitch.

What You'll Do

Partner with AEs to run the technical sales motion: discovery, use cases, architecture, demos, hackathons/AI days, and executive briefings that win technical buy-in. Go deep on integrations to understand customers internal app and enterprise software needs, translating them into a scoped set of value-based use cases and success criteria that show how Superblocks' AI agent can build secure, production-grade apps for their teams Act as the primary technical advisor for enterprise customers across their full Superblocks journey, from initial evaluation through deployment coordinating across Engineering, Product, and Support to keep momentum and remove blockers Hands-on support for customers building with Superblocks, from natural-language prompting and full-stack app generation to direct code-level customization, helping technical and business teams build together without sacrificing governance Build the foundational SE toolkit from scratch: demo environments, reference architectures, use-case POCs, evaluation frameworks, technical FAQs, and competitive positioning. Act as the bridge between the field and product, capturing the hardest objections and feature gaps and working directly with engineering to close them. Stay current on the AI agent and enterprise app development landscape such as competitors, model capabilities, and implementation patterns to keep customer guidance sharp

What We're Looking For

5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as solutions engineering, sales engineering, or a comparable pre-sales technical role at a high-growth B2B software or infrastructure company. A track record of selling technical products to senior IT and security buyers, with hands-on credibility in front of CIOs, CISOs, Heads of IT, and security leaders. Genuine technical depth: you can hold your own in an architecture review, debug an integration live, and answer a complex technical question without reaching for a deck. Working fluency with the modern tech stack - React/TypeScript, Python, SQL, AWS (Kubernetes, Fargate, Docker), REST APIs Low ego, high EQ - the customer outcome matters more than who gets the credit, and you can own hard conversations with senior executives, delivering real trade-offs instead of comfortable answers Excellent communication and storytelling, translating complex concepts for both engineers and executives. A builder's instinct and high ownership, energized by being first and motivated to create the systems that scale a team.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once per CV, from $25. Every application goes out with its own CV, written for that posting.
