Ihre Aufgaben

Du coachst Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmer in unseren geförderten Voll- und Teilzeit-Weiterbildungen rund um generative KI mit Schwerpunkt auf Bild, Video und Workflow-Automatisierung.

  • Du vermittelst den praktischen Umgang mit KI-Tools zur Bild- und Videogenerierung sowie zur Prozessautomatisierung
  • Du planst und gestaltest Live-Sessions und Übungseinheiten auf Basis unserer Kursstruktur
  • Du begleitest Lernende von der Orientierung bis zum Projektabschluss als direkter Ansprechpartner
  • Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Kursteam zusammen und gibst kontinuierlich Feedback zur Kursqualität
  • Du entwickelst praxisnahe Aufgaben, Prompts und Beispielprojekte für den Unterricht
  • Du nutzt die Figma Suite und Figma Weave zur Kursgestaltung und Zusammenarbeit im Team

Ihr Profil

Du kennst generative KI nicht nur aus der Theorie, sondern nutzt sie täglich und weißt, wie man andere damit abholt.

  • Du hast nachweisliche Erfahrung mit Tools wie Midjourney, Runway, Kling, Sora, DALL·E oder vergleichbaren Bild- und Vidogeneratoren
  • Du bist sicher im Umgang mit der Figma Suite und hast idealerweise bereits mit Figma Weave gearbeitet
  • Du kannst komplexe KI-Konzepte einfach erklären und Menschen unterschiedlicher Vorkenntnisse abholen
  • Du bringst Erfahrung in der Wissensvermittlung mit, ob als Trainer, Coach, Dozent oder in einer ähnlichen Rolle
  • Du arbeitest selbstorganisiert, zuverlässig und bringst Inhalte termingerecht auf den Punkt
  • Du hast Lust, Teil eines wachsenden Bildungsunternehmens zu sein und die KI-Weiterbildung in Deutschland aktiv mitzugestalten

Erfahrung mit geförderten Weiterbildungen (Bildungsgutschein, QCG, KOMPASS) ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss.
