Responsabilidades

  • Participar da elaboração e implementação de programas de prevenção de acidentes e doenças ocupacionais, como PGR, PCMSO, LTCAT e AET, com autonomia compatível com o nível (técnico apoia e executa; engenheiro lidera a elaboração).
  • Realizar inspeções de segurança nas frentes de trabalho, identificando condições inseguras e propondo medidas corretivas.
  • Participar da investigação de acidentes e incidentes de trabalho, analisando causas e propondo ações preventivas.
  • Ministrar treinamentos, diálogos diários de segurança (DDS) e palestras para colaboradores, promovendo a conscientização e a conformidade com as normas.
  • Acompanhar e monitorar o uso de Equipamentos de Proteção Individual (EPIs) e Equipamentos de Proteção Coletiva (EPCs), controlando entrega e validade.
  • Colaborar na atualização e manutenção de documentos e registros de segurança e saúde ocupacional.
  • Acompanhar a CIPA, emitir permissões de trabalho e verificar atividades de risco, como trabalho em altura, espaço confinado e eletricidade (técnico e engenheiro).
  • Apoiar a rotina da equipe e aprender com profissionais experientes, no caso de estagiários e auxiliares.
  • Definir estratégias de segurança, interagir com a gestão da obra e responder tecnicamente pela área, no caso do engenheiro.

Requisitos

  • Estágio: cursando Técnico em Segurança do Trabalho, Engenharia ou graduação na área, a partir da metade do curso.
  • Auxiliar / Assistente: formação técnica em Segurança do Trabalho concluída ou em fase de conclusão.
  • Técnico em Segurança do Trabalho: curso técnico em Segurança do Trabalho concluído, com registro ativo no MTE, e experiência em obras ou construção civil.
  • Engenheiro de Segurança: graduação em Engenharia com especialização em Engenharia de Segurança do Trabalho e registro ativo no CREA.
  • Conhecimento das Normas Regulamentadoras (NRs) aplicáveis à segurança e saúde no trabalho, em especial NR-1, NR-6, NR-10, NR-12, NR-18 e NR-35, com aprofundamento conforme o nível.
  • Familiaridade com a legislação trabalhista e previdenciária relacionada à SST.
  • Experiência, mesmo que em estágio ou projetos acadêmicos, na elaboração de documentos como PGR, PCMSO e AET.
  • Habilidade para conduzir inspeções de segurança e identificar riscos ocupacionais.
  • Capacidade de ministrar treinamentos e palestras de forma clara e didática.
  • Pacote Office (Excel e Power Point) nível intermediário para elaboração de relatórios e apresentações.
