Atividades:

• Analisar a viabilidade de novos terrenos, levando em consideração as regulamentações municipais aplicáveis;

• Apoiar na obtenção das autorizações necessárias para a regularização dos empreendimentos;

• Apoiar na obtenção de habite-se e na aprovação dos Projetos Legais, Projetos de Parcelamento e demais projetos e aprovações complementares;

• Preparar os processos administrativos junto as entidades públicas municipais, estaduais e federais e concessionárias;

• Acompanhar o andamento dos processos, assegurando o cumprimento de prazos e conformidade com as normativas exigidas;

• Manter relacionamento com as diferentes secretarias municipais, órgãos estaduais, entidades federais e concessionárias envolvidas no processo de tramitação;

• Participar de reuniões estratégicas com os técnicos dos órgãos públicos, facilitando a comunicação e o entendimento mútuo;

• Atuar na interlocução e na análise de relatórios e projetos entregues por fornecedores terceirizados;

• Promover comunicação entre as equipes envolvidas no desenvolvimento dos projetos, garantindo alinhamento e clareza.

Requisitos:

• Formação superior em Arquitetura ou Engenharia Civil;

• Imprescindível experiência na área de legalização imobiliária;

• Conhecimento na legislação urbanística, ambiental e normas de construção civil;

• Atuação com Autocad, Pacote Office, Google Earth;

• Necessário CNH B;

• Disponibilidade para atuação presencial e viagens.
