Operators are the critical liaison between Field Operations, Controls Support, Quality Assurance, and Engineering. This includes managing all aspects of assigned projects, from entering client documentation, setting up and monitoring cycle operations following site/client specifications, troubleshooting with multiple departments, and creating client chart packages. With Superheat you will join a strong, experienced team at a company with almost 25 years of Remote Operator Heat Treatment expertise. We pride ourselves as the premier heat treatment provider, developing all our processes, technology, and software in-house.   This position requires strong computer and technical skills as it is 100% computer work. Document all project-specific process concerns, escalating as required. Create all client chart packages and distribute them upon completion of the heat treatment cycle. At the end of each shift, complete shift turnover for incoming shift change.

Flexibility is also crucial, as our workload varies depending on customer demands. A strong technical mindset is a must-have, with excellent problem-solving skills and a good understanding of processes. You need to be adaptable and open to changes, as our customers have unique requirements, and we continually refine our processes to deliver the best experience. Experience with metallurgy, welding, and quality programs is beneficial. However, we are willing to teach an Operator who possesses a positive attitude, multitasking skills, and a willingness to learn. These qualities are essential to our team.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
