Buscamos un(a) profesional experimentado(a) para gerenciar la coordinación y ejecución de procesos de evaluación de calidad dirigidos a las Firmas de Auditoría Externa, que prestan servicios a nuestras entidades reguladas y supervisadas.

¿Qué hará?

  • Coordinar y ejecutar evaluaciones de calidad integral en firmas de auditoría externa.
  • Revisar documentación técnica, papeles de trabajo y evidencias de cumplimiento normativo de la Norma Internacional de Gestión de la Calidad (ISQM 1).
  • Identificar, documentar y hacer seguimiento a oportunidades de mejora.
  • Preparar informes y recomendaciones para stakeholders claves.

Competencias clave:

  • Comunicación de alto nivel.
  • Presentación efectiva.
  • Análisis crítico.
  • Redacción técnica clara.

Requisitos

Perfil requerido:

  • Formación: Licenciado(a) en Contabilidad, con CPA (preferiblemente)
  • Experiencia: mínimo 8 años en firmas de auditoría
  • Especialización: maestría o especialización en Contabilidad, Auditoría, Administración, Banca o disciplinas afines
  • Dominio técnico: conocimiento profundo de Normas Internacionales de Auditoría (NIA), Normas Internacionales de Gestión de Calidad (ISQM 1) y regulaciones bancarias locales
  • Idioma: Inglés avanzado
