Job Overview

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to support our daily warehouse operations in Singapore. The role involves packing and dispatching orders, receiving goods, maintaining inventory records, and providing basic customer support.

The successful candidate will use the company’s bilingual Chinese-English warehouse management system and communicate with Chinese-speaking customers through WeChat and other messaging platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Pack, organise and prepare goods for dispatch, ensuring that orders are accurate and properly packed.
  • Receive incoming goods and verify quantities and product details against delivery documents.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and keep goods properly organised in the warehouse.
  • Process orders and update stock records using the company’s bilingual Chinese-English warehouse management system.
  • Communicate with Chinese-speaking customers through WeChat and other messaging platforms regarding orders and basic enquiries.
  • Assist with routine customer service matters and coordinate order-related follow-ups with colleagues.
  • Support daily warehouse operations and other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Basic English reading skills to understand simple instructions, product information and system entries.
  • Good spoken Mandarin and Chinese typing skills to communicate with Chinese-speaking customers and process Chinese-language order information.
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to use a warehouse management system.
  • A careful and responsible approach to work, with good attention to detail.
  • A cooperative attitude and the ability to work well with others.
  • Ability to carry out occasional manual handling of goods weighing approximately 15–20 kg, following safe handling procedures and using assistance where needed.
  • SPM or an equivalent qualification is preferred.

Compensation

  • Monthly basic salary of SGD 2,200.
  • Additional performance-based commission, calculated in accordance with the company’s applicable scheme and business performance.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday — 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
  • Saturday — 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
  • Sunday — Rest day.

  • 能够按安全操作要求，偶尔搬运约15–20公斤的货物，并在需要时使用辅助工具或寻求协助。
  • 具备SPM或同等学历者优先考虑。
