The ideal candidate has hands-on Canvas experience, strong instructional content development skills, and experience supporting faculty and academic programs within a higher education or health professions education environment. Key Responsibilities Create and manage Canvas LMS course shells, course copies, enrollment configurations, and related course administration activities, including coordination with university LMS administrators. Design and develop instructional and training materials, including process guides, walkthroughs, instructional videos, job aids, and quick-reference resources for faculty and staff. Provide training, consultation, and day-to-day support to faculty and course coordinators on course design, assignment setup, attendance workflows, gradebook configuration, and other LMS functionality. Manage user accounts within assessment platforms and assist faculty with basic platform functionality and troubleshooting. Deliver LMS and learning technology training to academic coordinators and other stakeholders responsible for course and grade management. Support faculty in the effective use of Microsoft 365 and AI-enabled tools for instructional, administrative, and workflow needs. Provide guidance on accessible course design and digital accessibility standards. Maintain instructional documentation, training resources, and knowledge-base content. Collaborate with faculty, academic program staff, and technology teams to identify instructional needs and improve the overall faculty and learner experience. Required Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in instructional design, instructional technology, LMS administration, or a related function within higher education or health professions education. Hands-on experience with a learning management system, preferably Canvas LMS, including course setup, course copies, enrollment management, gradebook functionality, and instructional design tools. Demonstrated experience developing instructional materials such as video tutorials, user guides, process documentation, walkthroughs, and job aids. Strong faculty-facing communication, consultation, and training delivery skills. Ability to translate technical processes into clear, practical instructions for non-technical users. Strong organizational skills with the ability to support multiple courses, faculty members, and academic priorities simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Canvas LMS in a higher education environment. Experience with assessment platforms and/or course design technologies used within higher education. Familiarity with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Automate, and Microsoft Copilot. Experience supporting an academic medical center, medical school, or health professions education program. Familiarity with digital accessibility standards and accessible instructional design practices. Familiarity with FERPA requirements as they relate to learning management systems, student information, and academic assessment platforms. Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
