Estamos em busca de um(a) Supervisor(a) Administrativo(a) para atuar na gestão da nossa regional de Mato Grosso, garantindo a excelência operacional, administrativa e logística da unidade. Procuramos um profissional com perfil de liderança, visão estratégica, foco em resultados e capacidade de desenvolver equipes, assegurando a qualidade dos processos e o cumprimento das metas da operação.

- Principais responsabilidades:

* Supervisionar as atividades administrativas da regional;

* Liderar, desenvolver e acompanhar a equipe local;

* Gerenciar as operações de estoque de OPME, garantindo acuracidade, organização e controle de materiais;

* Supervisionar o processo de faturamento de OPME, assegurando conformidade com contratos, convênios e procedimentos internos;

* Acompanhar indicadores de desempenho (KPIs), propondo planos de ação para melhoria contínua;

* Garantir o cumprimento dos processos internos, normas de qualidade e requisitos regulatórios;

* Atuar como interface entre a regional e as áreas corporativas (Financeiro, RH, Logística, Comercial e Diretoria);

* Planejar e acompanhar inventários, auditorias e controles patrimoniais;

* Apoiar a gestão financeira da unidade, acompanhando custos, despesas e resultados;

* Identificar oportunidades de melhoria e promover maior eficiência operacional.

- Requisitos

* Ensino Superior completo em Administração, Logística, Gestão Hospitalar ou áreas correlatas;

* Experiência em liderança de equipes;

* Experiência com gestão administrativa de unidades ou filiais;

* Conhecimento em gestão de estoque de OPME;

* Conhecimento em faturamento hospitalar de OPME;

* Conhecimento em sistemas ERP;

* Pacote Office intermediário ou avançado, especialmente Excel;

* Disponibilidade para viagens, quando necessário.
