The posting

Requisitos: • Formação em Marketing, Publicidade e Propaganda, Nutrição, Administração, Engenharia de Alimentos ou áreas correlatas; • Domínio de Excel, PowerPoint e ferramentas de BI; • Experiência com desenvolvimento de produtos, idealmente no setor de nutrição esportiva, suplementos ou alimentos; • Conhecimento técnico em ingredientes, formulações e categorias de produtos como proteínas, creatina, géis e produtos de endurance, entre outros; • Desejável vivência com acompanhamento de projetos e interação com áreas técnicas (P&D, Qualidade, Regulatórios); • Paixão por nutrição esportiva e conhecimento do universo dos esportes de Endurance (corrida, ciclismo, natação, triátlon, entre outros) é um diferencial relevante; • Perfil organizado, colaborativo e com excelente comunicação; • Curiosidade e visão de negócio para identificar oportunidades e propor soluções.

Atribuições: • Administrar o portfólio da marca Probiótica com visão crítica de performance, posicionamento, diferenciação e aderência à estratégia da marca. • Participar ativamente do desenvolvimento de novos produtos em conjunto com as áreas de P&D e Projetos. • Elaborar briefings de produto técnicos e estratégicos, alinhando necessidades de mercado, tendências e oportunidades identificadas. • Conduzir análises de mercado e concorrência para identificar lacunas, movimentos relevantes e oportunidades de inovação. • Acompanhar o andamento dos projetos em parceria com o PMO, garantindo prazos, entregas e alinhamento entre áreas. • Manter relacionamento próximo com o time de Marca, garantindo sinergia entre produto, comunicação e posicionamento. • Realizar análises de performance do portfólio (sell-in, sell-out, margem, ciclo de vida, giro, positivação). • Participar de comitês de inovação, reuniões de pipeline e apresentações executivas com entregas consistentes e bem fundamentadas. • Apoiar os times sobre o universo de suplementos esportivos, em especial dentro do segmento de Endurance e Wellness.
