Role Summary

We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join our Human Resources team and support the company’s internal corporate hiring needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, managing recruitment activities, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience from initial contact through onboarding.

This is a great opportunity for individuals who are passionate about working with people and building a career in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, and relevant recruitment experience is an advantage but not required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment activities for internal corporate positions.
  • Source candidates through JobStreet, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and other recruitment platforms.
  • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone or virtual screening interviews.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and candidate profiles.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports.
  • Manage candidate communication and provide timely updates throughout the hiring process.
  • Assist with job offers, pre-employment requirements, and onboarding coordination.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Support recruitment campaigns, job fairs, and other Talent Acquisition initiatives.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Job Description

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for internal corporate positions.
  • Source and attract qualified candidates through JobStreet, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
  • Review resumes and conduct initial screening interviews.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Assist hiring managers in identifying suitable candidates based on job requirements.
  • Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment trackers.
  • Prepare and extend job offers to selected candidates.
  • Coordinate pre-employment requirements and onboarding activities.
  • Provide timely updates and support to candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Assist with recruitment reports, documentation, and other HR-related activities.
  • Support the HR/Talent Acquisition team in improving recruitment processes and employer branding initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Previous recruitment or HR experience is an advantage but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
  • Comfortable communicating with candidates, employees, and hiring managers.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
  • Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and strong sense of confidentiality.
