ARBETSUPPGIFTER Nu söker vi en sjuksköterska till vård- och omsorg. Verksamheterna finns på våra tre tätorter, Surahammar, Ramnäs och Virsbo och du kommer att ha en basplacering i ett av våra områden. Vi hjälps åt över gränserna i dagens arbete för att du ska kunna känna stöd och trygghet i din roll. Sjuksköterskorna ingår i ett gemensamt arbetsteam med nära samarbete med varandra. Gruppen har en bred kompetens vilken tas tillvara i en lärande organisation. Arbetet är mycket fritt då du själv fördelar arbetet efter de behov som uppstår samt samordnar och ansvarar för att omvårdnadsåtgärder planeras, genomförs och utvärderas. Schemat är förlagt med arbete var 4:e helg och ca 5 vardagkvällar på 8 veckor, i övrigt dagtid.

KVALIFIKATIONER Vi söker dig som är legitimerad sjuksköterska. Önskvärt är att du har erfarenhet från vård av äldre och/eller personer med funktionsnedsättning. Som person har du en positiv grundsyn, är ansvarstagande, har god samarbetsförmåga och är flexibel. Vi ser gärna att du har vidareutbildning inom geriatrik, demensvård, psykiatri eller särskild kunskap inom LSS men vi välkomnar även dig som är nyutexaminerad. Du är strukturerad och kommunicerar på ett tydligt sätt. I vårt arbete är förhållningssätt och bemötande viktiga grundstenar. Vi lägger stor vikt vid personlig lämplighet. Körkort är ett krav. Surahammars kommun är finskt förvaltningsområde och det är meriterande med kompetens i finska i tal och skrift.

Anställningsform: Tidsbegränsad anställning. Varaktighet: 6 månader eller längre, tillträde: Enligt överenskommelse, intervjuer sker löpande och tjänsten kan komma att tillsättas under rekryteringsperioden, skicka din ansökan redan idag, upphör: 2027-08-31 .
