The posting

Surefox North America Inc. is a veteran-owned company built on a diverse culture of trained, talented, and mission-focused professionals. Surefox is expanding its protective services operations with a frontier technology company in the New York City area, supporting high-profile clients, private events, and specialized security assignments.

We are seeking experienced Emergency Response Team (ERT/DRT) Agents with high integrity, sound judgment, situational awareness, and professionalism to join our growing team in the New York City area.

In this role, you will serve as part of a specialized security response team responsible for surveillance and countersurveillance, early warning and threat detection, incident response, and maintaining a safe and secure environment for clients, guests, and personnel.

Team members will be expected to respond immediately to security incidents, disturbances, medical emergencies, and other developing situations, both inside and outside assigned venues. Responsibilities may include monitoring exterior perimeters and access points, identifying suspicious activity, supporting event leadership with security escalations, and coordinating emergency response or evacuation procedures when necessary.

This position requires a flexible, detail-oriented professional who can work independently, demonstrate sound judgment under pressure, and collaborate effectively with team members, event leadership, client stakeholders, and emergency services.

This is a flex, ad hoc position with recurring assignments anticipated throughout the year. While hours are not guaranteed, we are looking to establish a consistent team of reliable professionals who can support ongoing client needs. Assignments may be armed or unarmed, depending on operational requirements, client needs, and applicable licensing.

Selected candidates will work under the direction of the assigned Event Lead or Program Manager while adhering to client policies, Surefox policies and procedures, and all applicable state and federal regulations.

Surefox encourages veterans, former law enforcement professionals, experienced security personnel, and candidates currently serving in the military reserve to apply. We welcome all candidates who share our commitment to professionalism, readiness, teamwork, and service.

Surefox is not offering visa sponsorship for this position at this time.
