About The Role

SureSwift Capital is seeking a Fractional Contract-Based Marketing Lead to own marketing for Tradervue, the trading journal that individual traders and proprietary trading firms have used for 15 years to review and improve their trading. Tradervue has a loyal user base and is at the start of its next stage of growth.

In this role you'll build out the marketing function, working directly with the GM to set direction, do the hands-on work, and help decide where to invest time and budget. This is a fractional role at around 20 hours a week.

The ideal candidate wants to lead and do the work themselves, not just take direction. They do their best work with autonomy, want their opinions heard, and want to see the results of what they build. They're excited to join a new leadership team building Tradervue's next wave of growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Own new product launches
  • Lead AEO and SEO strategy so Tradervue shows up where traders look, in AI answers and in search
  • Report on trials and paid conversion by plan, and use the numbers to decide where time and budget go
  • Build and manage earned and owned channels, including partnerships with educators, prop firms and brokers
  • Build and run lifecycle campaigns that turn signups into paying, long-term customers

Your First 90 days

  • Audit Tradervue's current marketing and set a channel plan
  • Find out where Tradervue shows up in AI answers today, and plan how to improve it
  • Plan the next product launch

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of marketing experience in a growth or performance marketing environment, with at least 2 years owning growth for a SaaS or subscription product
  • Degree in marketing or related field
  • Experience leading marketing while also doing the work yourself
  • Comfort working with data and using it to make decisions

The Details

  • Open to candidates based in the US or Canada within the Pacific, Mountain, Central or Eastern timezones
  • Monthly retainer of $4,000–7,000 USD, depending on experience and location
