Du liebst Retail genauso wie den Surf-Lifestyle? Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig. Als Shop Manager:in übernimmst du die Verantwortung für den operativen und wirtschaftlichen Erfolg unseres Shops. Mit einem Gespür für Menschen, Produkten und Zahlen sorgst du für außergewöhnliche Einkaufserlebnisse, optimierst Prozesse und entwickelst den Shop kontinuierlich weiter.

DEINE TO DO'S

  • Verantwortung für den operativen Betrieb unseres Shops sowie dessen kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung.
  • Sicherstellung einer persönlichen, serviceorientierten Beratung und eines Einkaufserlebnis, das begeistert und langfristige Kundenbeziehungen fördert - gemeinsam mit dem Surfcenter-Team
  • Verantwortung für Warenwirtschaft, Bestellungen und Inventuren sowie eine optimale Warenverfügbarkeit.
  • Datenbasierte Steuerung des Shops anhand relevanter Kennzahlen wie Umsatz, Wareneinsatz, Lagerbestand und Abverkaufsquoten sowie kontinuierliche Analyse von Kundenfeedback und Aktionsperformance zur Ableitung konkreter Maßnahmen
  • Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung von Team-Schulungen und kontinuierliche Vermittlung von Produkt- und Verkaufswissen, um eine hohe Beratungsqualität sicherzustellen.
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung unseres Sortiments und Entwicklung neuer Merchandise-Produkte sowie Gestaltung einer attraktiven und verkaufsstarken Shopfläche
  • Umsetzung von kreativen verkaufsfördernden Aktionen, Promotions und Marketingmaßnahmen, einschließlich der Verantwortung für den Shop-Newsletter
  • Stärkung der lokalen Surftown-Community und Weiterentwicklung des Shops als lebendigen Treffpunkt für unsere Gäste.
  • Übernahme administrativer Aufgaben sowie kontinuierliche Optimierung von Prozessen.

WAS DU MITBRINGEN SOLLTEST

  • Erfahrung im Retail oder Shopmanagement im Surf- oder Boardbereich
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Warenwirtschaftssystemen sowie in der Steuerung von Sortimenten und Beständen.
  • Ein gutes Verständnis für betriebswirtschaftliche Kennzahlen und deren Einsatz im operativen Geschäft.
  • Eine strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
  • Freude daran, Menschen zu begeistern, Wissen weiterzugeben und ein Team fachlich zu unterstützen.
  • Eine ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung und Leidenschaft für außergewöhnliche Kundenerlebnisse.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
