Entry-Level Machine Operator – 1st Shift

Pay: Based on experience Schedule: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Job Description

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Entry-Level Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team on first shift! This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in manufacturing and gain hands-on experience operating production equipment.

Previous machine operation experience is helpful but not required. We welcome candidates who are eager to learn, have a strong work ethic, and are interested in developing new skills. Part-time opportunities may be available for students currently attending school.

Job Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to support daily production.
  • Load materials and ensure machines are supplied as needed.
  • Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
  • Follow work instructions and production specifications.
  • Identify and report equipment issues or product defects.
  • Follow all workplace safety procedures and company guidelines.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Work with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.

Qualifications

  • No previous machine operation experience required; training may be provided.
  • Manufacturing, machining, or technical training experience is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work safely in a manufacturing environment.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Schedule & Pay

  • First shift: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Pay: Based on experience and qualifications.
  • Full-time opportunities available.
  • Part-time scheduling may be available for students currently attending school.
