One of Denmark’s original sushi concepts is back!

After 19 years of serving sushi to thousands of guests—and facing high demand for a comeback—we reopened on September 1st. We are now operating in a brand-new setting with an exciting new concept.

Sushi INSU is now part of Paprika, a venue where various cuisines come together under one roof. Here, guests can explore a range of culinary worlds—from sushi to Indian and Pakistani specialties.

Now, we are looking for the right people to join our sushi team.

We are looking for: 1 full-time sushi chef 1 part-time sushi chef

We aren’t just looking for someone who can make sushi. We are looking for someone with a passion for the craft, a commitment to quality, and a desire to help shape this new chapter for Sushi INSU.

Et af Danmarks første sushi-koncepter er tilbage!

Efter 19 år med sushi til tusindvis af gæster og stor efterspørgsel på et comeback, åbnede vi igen den 1. september – denne gang i helt nye rammer og med et nyt og spændende koncept.

Sushi INSU er nu en del af Paprika, hvor forskellige køkkener mødes under samme tag. Her kan gæsterne gå på opdagelse i flere forskellige smagsuniverser – fra sushi til indiske og pakistanske specialiteter.

Og nu mangler vi de rette mennesker til vores sushi-team.
