Du unterstützt unser Finance Team bei

  • der Belegerfassung und Verwaltung in unserem Accounting Programm
  • der Vorbereitung unserer Monatsabschlüsse
  • dem Aufbau eines KPI basierten Controllings
  • der Soll-Ist Analyse unserer Monatsreports und Budgets
  • der Optimierung eines Reportings für Gesellschafter & Stakeholder
  • der Erstellung von Rechnungen für B2B Kunden & Dienstleister
  • der Konsolidierung notwendiger Dokumente
  • der Prüfung und Zuordnung manueller Überweisungen
  • der Zuordnung von Zahlungsströmen in unserem Liquiditätstool

Das bringst Du bereits mit

  • Du studierst ein betriebswirtschaftliches Fach
  • Du hast bestenfalls erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Finance & Accounting gesammelt
  • Du bist fit in Excel und ähnlichen Tools
  • Du hast eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Du kannst dich gut in Tools einarbeiten und willst alle Funktionen kennen lernen
  • Du liebst die unternehmerische Denkweise und wirst nervös, wenn Symptome statt Ursachen bekämpft werden
