Job Description

Duties:

Review wire entry into banking system

Vendor Maintenance

Ad-hoc journal entries

1099 processing

Chrome River Review

Helpdesk monitoring

Projects assigned by Senior/Supervisor

Qualifications

Skills required:

2 - 4 yrs Accounts Payable exp

Well organized

Works well with others

Good communication, written and oral

Self-starter

Detail oriented

Adapts well to change

Basic excel (Should be able to manipulate spreadsheets)

Problem solving
