Ce que tu accomplis

  • Tu es responsable de la bonne gestion des cas d-accidents et de maladies professionnelles pour la Suisse occidentale et tu influences durablement l-image de la Suva.
  • Dans cette fonction, tu diriges directement 4 chef-fes de secteur et indirectement environ 280 employés sur deux niveaux hiérarchiques.
  • Tu coordonnes la gestion régionale des prestations avec les processus principaux et assures des échanges réguliers avec les autres cadres de la gestion des cas.
  • Pour ton équipe de direction, tu es la première personne de contact en cas de changement et définis avec eux les mesures appropriées.
  • Tu apportes ton expertise sur les sujets stratégiques et le développement des processus, et contribues ainsi à faire évoluer la Suva.
  • En tant que membre du Conseil d-administration des cliniques de la Suva, tu participes à leur développement stratégique dans le secteur de la santé.

Ce que tu apportes

  • Tu as suivi un cursus universitaire (Bachelor/Master) ou obtenu un CFC complété par des formations continues de niveau DAS/MAS.
  • Ton expérience confirmée en assurances sociales ou privées te permet d-apporter une contribution efficace dans ce rôle.
  • Tu as déjà acquis une expérience de management à plusieurs niveaux hiérarchiques et te considères comme un coach et un partenaire de réflexion.
  • Tu maîtrises le français au niveau langue maternelle et possèdes de bonnes connaissances en allemand (au moins niveau B2-C1).
