Die Pensionskasse Suva ist eine firmeneigene Vorsorgeeinrichtung mit Sitz in Luzern. Wir betreuen rund 4'500 aktiv Versicherte sowie 2-400 Rentenbeziehende. Infolge Pensionierung suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte und verantwortungsvolle Person zur Komplettierung unseres Teams von 5 Personen.

Was du bewirkst

  • Du betreust selbstständig sämtliche Geschäftsfälle - vom Eintritt bis zum Austritt.
  • Du bearbeitest Leistungsfälle bei Alter, Invalidität und Tod professionell und fachkundig.
  • Du stellst sicher, dass die monatliche Lohnschnittstelle und der Rentenlauf termingerecht verarbeitet werden.
  • Du wirkst bei den Jahresabschlussarbeiten mit und unterstützt die Geschäftsführung bei Projekten, Prozessoptimierungen sowie Fragen zu Compliance und Governance.
  • Du teilst dein Fachwissen in Präsentationen und Pensionierungsseminaren und berätst Versicherte sowie weitere Anspruchsgruppen kompetent und verständlich.

Was du mitbringst

  • Du verfügst über eine kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit Weiterbildung in der beruflichen Vorsorge, beispielsweise als Fachfrau/Fachmann für Personalvorsorge mit eidgenössischem Fachausweis oder als dipl. Pensionskassenleiter:in.
  • Du kennst die Leistungsfallbearbeitung einer Pensionskasse aus der Praxis und bringst insbesondere bei Invaliditätsfällen vertieftes Fachwissen mit.
  • Du hast Erfahrung mit Digitalisierungsprojekten und Compliance-Fragen.
  • Du denkst vernetzt, arbeitest strukturiert und übernimmst gerne Verantwortung. Gleichzeitig bringst du dich aktiv ins Team ein.
  • Du gehst sicher mit den MS-Office-Anwendungen um und hast idealerweise Erfahrung mit Fachapplikationen für Pensionskassen.
  • Du verfügst über stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse. Gute Französisch- und Italienischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
