Du möchtest die digitale Weiterentwicklung des Datenschutzes prägen und den Umgang mit Informationen nachhaltig gestalten? Dann bist du bei uns richtig.

Was du bewirkst

  • Du verantwortest die strategische und digitale Weiterentwicklung der Produktgruppen «Records Management und Archiv System» und «Compliance und Datenschutz».
  • In einer agilen Lieferorganisation nach SAFe entwickelst du gemeinsam mit den Product Owner:innen, SAFe-Teams und Fachstellen die Produktvision und Feature-Roadmap weiter.
  • Du erarbeitest konkrete, praxistaugliche Lösungen für die rechtskonforme Verwaltung von Daten und Informationen über den gesamten Lebenszyklus, von der Erstellung und Nutzung bis zur Aufbewahrung, Löschung oder Archivierung.
  • Du definierst die Suva-weiten Aufbewahrungs- und Löschanforderungen und stellst ein wirksames Information Lifecycle Management und eine nachhaltige Data Governance sicher.

* * Was du mitbringst

  • Du hast einen Abschluss in Rechtswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaft, Informationsmanagement oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung.
  • Du bringst Erfahrung im Product Management, Datenschutz oder in der Entwicklung digitaler Produkte und Prozesse mit. Kenntnisse in Records Management, Compliance oder Governance sind ein Plus.
  • Du hast Projekte geleitet, bist mit agilen Arbeitsweise wie SAFe vertraut und kannst komplexe fachliche, rechtliche und technische Anforderungen strukturieren und priorisieren.
  • Du verfügst über ein ausgeprägtes konzeptionelles Denkvermögen, Eigeninitiative und Durchsetzungsstärke und überzeugst durch eine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
