  • Experience managing contractors and vendors is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Willingness to work variable hours, including early starts and occasional late shifts when needed
  • High self-motivation and a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Hands-On Engineer: You’re comfortable on the floor, inspecting equipment, troubleshooting issues and driving improvements
  • Self-Starter: You take initiative and deliver results with minimal supervision

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
