Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesSEU DIA A DIA NA FLORESTAGarantir a execução das atividades de manutenção da oficina, assegurando a qualidade, a produtividade e a segurança dos serviços realizados;Planejar, orientar e acompanhar manutenções preventivas, corretivas e intervenções em equipamentos e componentes, garantindo o cumprimento dos padrões técnicos estabelecidos;Gerenciar materiais, peças e recursos necessários para as atividades de manutenção, acompanhando o fluxo de reparo dos equipamentos;Monitorar indicadores de desempenho da manutenção, identificando desvios e implementando ações de melhoria para aumentar a confiabilidade e a disponibilidade dos ativos;Assegurar o registro adequado das atividades de manutenção e das horas trabalhadas nas ordens de serviço, garantindo a qualidade das informações lançadas nos sistemas de gestão;Acompanhar e orientar fornecedores e prestadores de serviços, garantindo a conformidade técnica, operacional e a qualidade dos trabalhos executados;Promover o cumprimento das normas de segurança, incentivando práticas preventivas, o uso correto de equipamentos de proteção e a adoção de comportamentos seguros no ambiente de trabalho.Requisitos e qualificações O QUE ESPERAMOS PARA ESSA JORNADA?Ensino Técnico completo ou Ensino Superior em andamento nas áreas de Mecânica, Elétrica, Mecatrônica ou áreas correlatas;Conhecimento em manutenção preventiva, corretiva e preditiva;Carteira Nacional de Habilitação (CNH) categoria B;Conhecimento em Planejamento e Controle da Manutenção será considerado um diferencial;Experiência com manutenção de frotas e equipamentos pesados, além de conhecimentos em sistemas de gestão da manutenção, Power BI e Excel, será considerada um diferencial.
