DADOS:Local: Pedro Canário/ESInscrições até: 04/11/2026Tipo: Vaga temporáriaO QUE VOCÊ VAI FAZER?Contribuir para o atingimento dos indicadores de Disponibilidade Mecânica (DM) e Eficiência Operacional (EO), apoiando o cumprimento das metas do Plano Base anual; Operar os equipamentos de forma eficiente, colaborando para o controle dos consumos de diesel e óleo hidráulico conforme o planejamento mensal; Realizar corretamente a inspeção pré-operacional dos equipamentos, preenchendo checklists, registrando apontamentos operacionais e cumprindo as pausas previstas; Desenvolver competências técnicas para a operação segura e produtiva dos equipamentos florestais de colheita; Atuar como exemplo de comportamento seguro, contribuindo para a construção de uma cultura de prevenção e cuidado com as pessoas; Cumprir rigorosamente os procedimentos, normas e requisitos de segurança aplicáveis às atividades operacionais; Utilizar adequadamente os Equipamentos de Proteção Individual (EPIs) e exercer o direito de recusa diante de situações que representem risco grave e iminente; Participar ativamente dos treinamentos e programas de desenvolvimento, buscando evolução contínua em desempenho, segurança e qualidade operacional.
