  • Selbständiges Führen des Betriebs mit einem kleinen Team von insgesamt vier Personen und Sicherstellen eines reibungslosen Tagesgeschäfts
  • Verantwortung für Bestellwesen, Menüplanung, Warenbewirtschaftung und Inventur
  • Organisation und Umsetzung des Mittagsservices inklusive Anrichten und Mise-en-Place
  • Erstellen der Tages-/Monatsabschlüsse sowie weitere administrative Aufgaben
  • Aktive Mitarbeit im operativen Tagesgeschäft sowie Sicherstellung von Ordnung und Sauberkeit

Das bringst du mit

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Gastronomie sowie Führungserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position
  • Freude am Kochen und an der aktiven Mitarbeit im Tagesgeschäft; Kochausbildung mit EFZ
  • Selbständige, zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Organisationstalent
  • Gute EDV-Kenntnisse und sicherer Umgang mit administrativen Aufgaben
  • Deutschniveau C1–C2 sowie eine herzliche, dynamische und belastbare Persönlichkeit

Neueröffnung in Bern – werde Teil unseres neuen Standorts! Für die Eröffnung unseres zusätzlichen Standorts auf dem Campus Meielen in Bern Anfang Januar 2027 suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit, die unseren neuen Betrieb selbstständig führt und gemeinsam mit einem kleinen Team von vier Personen erfolgreich aufbaut und weiterentwickelt. Du arbeitest von Montag - Freitag, je nach Dienstplan. Bei Sonderanlässen am Abend stehst du flexibel zur Verfügung.
