Nástup dohodou.Náplň práce:1) Práce s našimi AI nástroji a automatizacemi. Naučíme vás obsluhovat systémy, které pomáhají s popisy produktů, cenovými nabídkami a e-mailovými kampaněmi. Vaším úkolem je zadat, zkontrolovat a schválit výsledek. Jste poslední kontrola kvality, než se cokoli dostane k zákazníkovi.2) Poradenství zákazníkům přes e-mail, chat i telefon - pomoc s výběrem techniky a řešení reklamací.3) Komunikace s dodavateli - ověření ceny, dostupnosti nebo technického detailu.4) Běžná péče o plynulý chod e-shopu a občasná spolupráce s programátory.Co byste měli umět:1) Umět pracovat s AI a nevěřit jí slepě. Nejde nám o certifikáty, ale o návyk: sáhnout po AI k vyřešení problému a kriticky posoudit výsledek. Práci s AI vás u nás čeká denně. Pokud ji dnes neovládáte, naučíme vás to, ale musíte to chtít zvládnout.2) Aktivní zájem o IT a přehled v hardwaru. Víte, co je SSD, jaký je rozdíl mezi DDR4 a DDR5 nebo proč si někdo vybere konkrétní grafickou kartu. Do hloubky vás doučíme.3) Výborná čeština - bezchybný pravopis a kultivovaný projev písmem i slovem. Jste poslední kontrola všeho, co jde k zákazníkovi.4) Komunikativnost a ochota telefonovat. Poradíte srozumitelně i člověku, který technice nerozumí.5) Samostatnost a pečlivost. Poznáte, kdy je výstup v pořádku a kdy se poradit.Hledáme spíše člověka orientovaného na zákazníka, prodej a moderní nástroje než na servis a opravy techniky. Pokud míříte na čistě technickou nebo helpdesk dráhu (opravy, síťaření, IT support), tohle není ono - naší náplní je péče o zákazníka, prodej a řízení AI.Výhodou:Zkušenost s administrativou e-shopu, s CRM (Raynet) nebo projektovým nástrojem (Freelo). Angličtina na úrovni B2 pro komunikaci s dodavateli. Praktická zkušenost s AI nástroji (ChatGPT, Claude apod.).
