Die SVA Graubünden ist mit rund 220 Mitarbeitenden das Kompetenzzentrum für Sozialversicherungen und bietet Gewähr für eine fachkundige Durchführung der ihr übertragenen Aufgaben. Für die Umsetzung unseres anspruchsvollen Leistungsauftrages suchen wir aktive Mitarbeitende wie Sie, die im direkten Kundenkontakt selbstständig arbeiten und bereit sind, Verantwortung zu übernehmen.

Für die Leitung unseres Teams ICT Betrieb suchen wir eine engagierte und fachlich versierte Führungspersönlichkeit, die technisches Verständnis mit ausgeprägter Führungskompetenz und betriebswirtschaftlichem Denken verbindet. Sie gewährleisten den sicheren Betrieb und die Weiterentwicklung der IT\-Infrastruktur der SVA Graubünden. Sie führen Ihr Team mit Weitsicht, stellen effiziente Abläufe sicher und wirken aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung der Prozesse mit.

Aufgaben

  • Fachliche, personelle und operative Führung des Teams ICT Betrieb
  • Sicherstellung des operativen Betriebs der Windows Client\- und Serverinfrastruktur
  • Gewährleistung des internen Programmbetriebs sowie der Verfügbarkeit der IT\-Infrastruktur
  • Verantwortung für das Konfigurations\- und Änderungsmanagement
  • Weiterentwicklung der bestehenden IT\-Infrastruktur in den Bereichen Clients, Server, Netzwerk, Datenbanken etc.
  • Prüfung und Einführung innovativer Lösungen zur Unterstützung der digitalen Weiterentwicklung
  • Koordination, Steuerung und Kontrolle der externen Dienstleister
  • Leitung und Mitarbeit in Projekten im Verantwortungsbereich
  • Planung, Priorisierung und Steuerung der im Team anfallenden Arbeiten und Ressourcen
  • Verantwortung für den effizienten Einsatz von Personal und Betriebsmitteln
  • Investitionsplanung, Budgeterstellung und Kostenkontrolle
  • Beschaffung der für den ICT Betrieb erforderlichen Leistungen und Betriebsmittel sowie Verantwortung für das Vertragsmanagement
  • Durchführung des internen Kontrollsystems sowie des Risiko\- und Qualitätsmanagements
  • Erstellung von Berichten und Entscheidungsgrundlagen

Anforderungen

  • Abgeschlossene Informatikausbildung mit höherem Abschluss in Wirtschaftsinformatik (HF/FH) sowie idealerweise einer zusätzlichen höheren Weiterbildung in Betriebswirtschaft (HF/FH)
  • Mehrjährige Berufs\- und Führungserfahrung im System\-Betrieb und im Support von ICT\-Systemen
  • Ausgeprägte Organisationsfähigkeit sowie eine strukturiere, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Dienstleistung\- und Serviceorientierung sowie gute kommunikative und integrative Fähigkeiten
  • Belastbarkeit, Entscheidungsfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen sowie Interesse an der Weiterentwicklung von Abläufen, Prozessen und technischen Lösungen
